Our Vision
Outer beauty reflects the journey inward. Offering a world of services, we help you to be like the phoenix and transform yourself to begin anew again. Our professional stylists tend to your needs as you enhance your image in our soothing environment. There are several ways to transform yourself. From head to toe, you can relax as your own inner beauty is revealed.
Joy and Andrea worked together at a local salon but when that owner retired, they decided to open their own salon just four doors down. Phoenix Hair Studio came to be in the Spring of 2009. Since then they have been providing area residents with modestly priced salon services in a friendly and creative environment. Both are Trained Framesi Educators.

Andrea Maleu has been a beautician for 10 years. She studied the craft apprenticing for Diane Lukich. Andrea is currently part owner of Phoenix Hair Studio. She also is a part-time educator for Framesi North America and a freelance hair and makeup artist.

Joy has been involved in the industry her whole life. Her love for hair and make up began with her love for science. She feels that having a career that allows her to apply science to beauty is what gives her motivation to create a custom look for her clients.
